Sociology Graduate Student Union (SGSU)
Sociology graduate students are members of the Sociology Graduate Student Union (SGSU), a departmental sub-organization of the Binghamton University Graduate Student Organization (GSO)
The goal of SGSU is to provide an intellectual, social, and political space for the department's graduate students. In addition to running conferences and workshops, it also provides representation and departmental meetings (including the graduate and undergraduate committee meetings).
